    Any recommended reading for someone new to NM and endurance events. Chances are I will be running a single speed.

    Also have a connection at Hammer Nutrition and they had offered to help support/sponsor endurance events and trail crews. Is this of any interest?

    Hey Andy, I really don’t have any recommendations for reading for NM. You may what to post the question on MTBR to the NM forum http://forums.mtbr.com/forumdisplay.php?f=91 . As for Endurance events around the country, check out http://www.ride424.com/calendar.php . One that is missing from their list is the Dawn til Dusk 12 hour race in Gallup http://www.ride424.com/calendar.php . Very fun event!

    SS rocks for endurance events!!! A few of us just got back from 24hrs in Old Pueblo where we did Solo SS. El Freako from Rico (Jeff Hemperley) pulled out 15laps for 2nd place!!!
