2008 New Mexico Endurance Series

Email Group

A Google Groups email group has been setup for NM Endurance participants.  The email group is open to everyone who wants to find other riding partners for not only NMES events but other events, pre-rides, or training sessions.  

Do the following to join and send in your 2008 waiver:

1. Join the NMES Google group here.
   • Don’t not send waiver wavier in the comment when joining, it will get lost after being approved 
2. Email your agreement to the waiver below
   • Read the waver
   • Copy/paste the Waiver text below into a new email with the following subject: 2008 NMES Waiver - <Your Name>
   • Add your signature and date
   • Email it to nmes@googlegroups.com
   • Yeah it sucks, but then so does legal action.

2008 New Mexico Endurance Series– Waiver

This must be signed and completed before riding in any NMES event. 
EMAIL it to the Google Group prior to your first NMES event.
No 2008 waver = DNS

WAIVER: In signing below, I acknowledge that I understand this waiver’s intent, and I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives, do hereby agree and will absolve and hold harmless the New Mexico Endurance Series Volunteers and fellow participants in the NMES events, and any other parties connected with this event/these events in any way, from and against any blame and liability for any harm, loss, inconvenience or any other damage of any kind whatsoever, which may result from or be connected in any way from my participation in this event/these events.

In addition to the absolute and unqualified release from all liability, I hereby represent that I am physically capable of participated in this event/these events; that my bicycle and any other equipment I may use is in good working condition; that I will observe all applicable traffic and event rules; and that I will wear a helmet and generally conduct myself in a safe and prudent manner while participating in the event(s).

Cycling is a dangerous sport and I fully understand that I am responsible solely for my well being in the NMES events.

I further agree to abide by the rules for riders of the NMES. I certify that I have read this waiver and release and understand its significance.
